- - -VUDU became VUDU FANDANGO; PS4 service issues.
- - -Waiting 10:47 for VUDU FANDANGO support; the call was dropped after 17 minutes.
Amazon prime or some other Internet streaming provider, Disney, Hulu, HBO, Max, Paramount, plus, Apple TV, YouTube, etc., etc. etc.
Voodoo and fandango are not the only source out there. Too bad I picked the slowest horse in the race.
Don't buy a company, change the name, and then change the service to make it worse. It's like Breezeline buying Atlantic Broadband internet service and running the business into the ground. I spent an hour on the phone with PS4 service chat to find out it is not on their end. Now, I am spending 10 minutes and 47 seconds plus, waiting for VUDU FANDANGO service to pick up my call and comment on my problem.
This is why I always buy a hard copy. You have no control over what you have if you rely on them providing you a service.
JMHO - Just my humble opinion. NOTE: The call was dropped after 17 minutes.

I bought the Goosebumps bundle, which includes 6 seasons. I started the first episode of the first season, but the other ones wouldn't work. It would say the title is not available.

4k movies wont display in 4k

I provided numerous info they requested. and I keep getting more and more outrageous requests for things like counter numbers make and models of all my tvs my ip address and whole lot more.
it's too much and It is not helpful and takes many days or week to reply. I asked to get a refund or receive the actual 4k movie that is says it is but wont play on any TV.
I have almost 900 movies and most of them play. I want to be comfortable buy a movie that is in 4k and actually is.
I recently bought Gladiator 4k extended cut. Movie wont play in 4k on my 4k tv.
other titles i have bought do. I contacted customer service they told me to email athomesuppor@***.com. then I had to send them info, screen shots of the last three movies I bought, last four numbers of the account credit card.
A day later they wanted video of it not working and i sent that. The only email I received after that was one saying that Dec.

My father moved to Mexico recently and was able to use the app on his smart TV for almost four weeks after having successfully used it for many months in America, and purchasing several movies both in America and in Mexico using a VPN. After around four weeks of use in Mexico, it won't even accept the login information.
So now, my father, who has spent money on over 30 movies, can no longer see or access them. I have screenshots of my conversation with a Vudu agent and how absolutely rude and unhelpful he was.

I've got nothing to say for vudu. I have spent hundreds of dollars to be told on 1 movie I have an issue with that since I've watched over 20 min I will not get a refund.
Well, to be honest, I just didn't like the movie. I asked for a refund just to see if I could get one to purchase a different movie from Vudu, but understandably, they didn't give one.
I've been with Vudu for many years. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this app and company. I mean, I would hope they'd give out discounts or free movies to those who have been here as long as I have or spent as much as I have.
I feel Vudu is just another commercialized company. When I say that, I mean it's all about what's new and not about how to help the customer.
- You can get movies still in theaters and other sorts
- You will not get redunds or rewards of any kind
